Scope of work

Under the scope of the work consisting; torpedo warehouse restoration, submarine Bert zone infrastructure restoration, submarine Bert restoration, pier restoration works the list of productions which has been made are listed below;

1. In total 370m3 Rockfill has been made with using stones up to 2 tones in weight

2. Shattering 1095m3 deformed concrete structures and reallocation activities

3. Performing 995 m3 excavation

4. Performing 850m3 stabilized riprap

5. Shedding 395 m3 lean concrete and 916 m3 concrete covering activities

6. Construction of concrete structures with using 7677m3 BS-20 concrete and 14-28 ribbed irons

7. Production of 4627 kg galvanized steel profiles

8. For the fuel pipe circuit installations in sizes of 132m 6”,1160m 4” and 200m 2 ½”  polyethylene covered steel pipe production and installation

9. 18 Pieces of DN15, 10 Pieces of DN65 , 24 Pieces of DN100, 1 Piece of DN150 size Steel Casting

10. Supply and installation of fuel valves which are designed with Teflon rings and flanges. After the installation all necessary quality control tests has been performed with using holiday detectors and x-ray systems.

11. In the sizes of 225m. 139.7/4.0 mm ,  404 m 165.1/4.5 mm, 72.5 m. 114.3/3.6 mm, 80 m. 219.1/6 mm. seamless steel tube production and installation. With producing 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm PN25-40 pipes steam distribution system rehabilitation has been completed.

12. 2 pieces 3 phase 1500d/min 4KW and 1000d/min 3KW electric motor,450 Pascal 25000m3/h radial ventilator ,2 units of 900d/min 16000m3/h axial aspirator supply and installation.

13. 20001-40000 m3/h exhaust fan cell and galvanized sheet flanged air channel production and assembly.

14. Convertor monitoring and control system (SCADA system) has been set.

15. In addition to the energy analyze equipment’s Temperature indicators with network communication and 250V signal lamps and 2 sided electronic temperature control panel have been supplied and installed by the experienced technical team of Restaş.
